The Demon Quartet is a group of four Demon Sorcerers consisting of Tai Ci, Sen Qiang, Liao She and Dong Xin. They are the antagonists of arc 2 of City Shadows and enemies of the Shadow Strikers. By the end of arc 2, all four Demon Sorcerers were banished back to the Demon Netherworld.
Dong Xin is the Ice Demon Sorcerer and has the power to control ice and freeze anything.
Background
While the four Demon Sorcerers that make up the Demon Quartet do not technically work together as a cohesive group - instead preferring to work alone - they are collectively grouped together because of their shared enemy status to the Shadow Strikers.
These Demon Sorcerers were released alongside Lang Yan by Daolon Wong, who intended to use the demons as part of his revenge against the Shadow Strikers. However, the demons abandoned him immediately, since they would not take orders from another. Though Lang Yan was released alongside them, she is not considered a member of the group.
